I'm not a motivational writer or speaker, but, I read a lot about and I'm very interested in that. I'm gonna talk about a real experience. Firstly, let me start with a quote from Donald Trump in the book "think like a champion": "Why do you set your goals so short?" I read this sentence when I couldn't wake up at 6 AM in order to run and it was really hard for me on some days of the week. In other words, waking up early in the morning and starting the day by running was one of my concerns!
My goal about exercise was so short and waking up was topless one for me in the morning! After changing the waking up plan by adding 100 burpee box jump and 100 toes to bar; waking up was a piece of cake for me because I had bigger goals to achieve! Now it's my daily plan and I'm not sure it's a big exercise goal to start my day, maybe I would change the plan again and set bigger and bigger goals. It's really simple but most of the people don't obey these rules and don't make any signs of progress in their life.
